Manufacturer Plans 146 Jobs at New Manhattan, KS Facility PTMW, a Kansas-based metal fabricator and manufacturer, plans to create 146 new jobs and invest over $14M in a new facility in Manhattan. Average wages for the project are approximately $60,000 per year and when fully staffed, the project will add more than $8.7M in payroll to the local economy annually.
